What you can expect…
Bloc Ultimate Training, you’ll “love to hate” this style of bootcamp training. This is a 10 week personally tailored program for each individual, and is run in a team environment for up to 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. You can expect tears and pain along this path to optimise your climbing ability, and also gain a highly efficient body for everyday needs, both mentally and physically. Be prepared to push your bodies further than ever before, through unique training exercises, motivation and hard work, while having fun at the same time!
These exercises have been adapted to improve your climbing ability. Bloc Ultimate Training covers the health and physical components of fitness, which refers to the capacity of an athlete to meet the varied physical demands of their sport efficiently, and without reducing the athlete to a fatigued state. Bloc Ultimate Training will endeavour to work on the following components of the body:
Health and physical related components:
The components of health and physical fitness are related to how well the systems of your body work. These factors are:
Cardiovascular fitness
Body composition

Muscular strength
Muscular endurance
Skill related components:
Those aspects of fitness which form the basis for successful sport or activity participation.
