Bloc Fitness utilises cardio-strength circuits to develop a functional fitness Рmovements designed to produce strength and fitness to assist with everyday life. This circuit style program will have you looking good and feeling great in no time, and able to do significantly more with your body than just lift a heavy bar repetitively!

All the activities in our program are personally tailored for each individual, and can be scaled up or down to ensure the perfect fit for your ability level. The program runs in a friendly team environment, which helps provide all the motivation you need to keep at it! Be prepared to push your bodies further than ever before, through unique training exercises, motivation and hard work, while having fun at the same time!

Monday and Wednesday 6pm
Friday or Saturday 7am

$30/week for non-members, $20/week members

Joggers/Training shoes
