The perfect compliment to your climbing training, or just a fun way to keep up your general fitness, our strength and conditioning classes on Monday night pair unique equipment with functional movement leaving you with a full body burn to remind you you're making gains!
When? 7pm Monday nights
How much? Free for members, $20 for casuals (includes full access to the gym for the rest of the evening)
Yoga is great for strengthening the upper body using your own body weight. Sun salutes work shoulders, chest, and the core and train the body to move with control and breath.
Any and all yoga serves as a nice compliment for climbing as it’s a lot about having openness in the hips to reach and secure with when you’re climbing.
When? 7pm Tuesday nights, 7pm Thursday nights
How much? Free for members, Casuals $20 (including access to the gym for a climb before/after class)

Got a project you can't seem to top? Or just looking for some advice on technique? Head down to the Bloc on Sunday afternoons where our super setter and technique coach Seb will be wandering the floor from 4pm-6pm handing out advice with a side of beta.
